- Prepare all necessary environmental documentation required by the business, this will include; Environmental Policy as a minimum. Further documentation can include;
- Detailed risk assessments for the sites processes/activities that may affect the environment
- COSHH Assessments for any environmentally hazardous substances used or stored on site.
- Environmental Procedures
- Emergency Procedures
- Safe systems of work.
- Transport risk assessments.
- Method Statements (if applicable).
- Fire water run off risk assessments.
- Register of legislation applicable to the business’s activities and how the business actually complies with this
- Undertake regular audits of the sites activities/processes and report on compliance.
- Train staff and managers, this can include.
- Basic Environmental awareness training.
- Train staff on the businesses risk assessments.
- Directors responsibilities.
- Or we can direct you to online courses dependant on specific requirements and numbers involved.
- If any further mandatory surveys or testing is required our own BOHS / IOSH trained staff are qualified, trained and experienced to provide these surveys at vastly reduced costs, examples of additional surveys are;
- Environmental Noise surveys and assessments, legionella surveys and assessments, LEV extraction systems thorough examination and testing.
- If you have a requirement for a full ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) or ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) or even an integrated system, please contact us for further information as we also offer this level of service.
- We can arrange any of the above services at an attractive rate or spread the costs based on requirements over a 12-month or 24-month contract.
